About B-Ora Classes

Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice which has its origins in ancient India. The sanskrit word 'Yoga' translates to 'union' or to 'join' and on a simple level a practitioner aims to unite, join and connect their mind, body and breath. On a deeper level, the aim is to connect to your inner self or to the divine and ultimately reach a higher state of  consciousness or enlightenment.

Gentle Flow

My Gentle Flow class are suitable for anyone wanting to wind down from their busy schedule or just take a moment to slow down their practice. You will find poses are held longer in this class to ensure proper alignment. You may also notice slow sequencing and less strenuous postures.

Vinyasa 1

Yoga on Deck


Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and these Vinyasa classes will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Improving cardio, strength and stamina. Each week we work on a particular area of the physical and energetic body. This class will be suitable for any level of practice.

Vinyasa 2

Warrior One


Similar to Vinyasa 1 with a more powerful flow. You may notice stronger poses or more challenging sequencing to take your practice to the next level.
